We can take care of everything involved in the construction process including; electro mechanical, plumbing, AC, partitioning, ceiling, flooring, lighting, joinery, glass, finishes and furniture. ADAMS ensures the role by coordinating all the entities involved are working in unison to execute the project with efficiency and precision and at par with industry standards. Our projects team will manage all aspects of the project from gaining authority approvals, procurement, cost control, coordinating with contractors on site, dealing with site issues and handover eventually.

3D Concept Design
Creating a bespoke 3D design showing the overall look and feel of the space, our interior designers do everything to reflect our client’s desires and translate those into a design that hits all the right notes.
Execution Drawings
In that stage our designers translate the 3D design into a set of execution drawings showing all details and specification of the space ready to be sent out for construction.
Construction
ADAMS Concepts manages and cooperate with a professional subcontracting partners to ensure the design is fully executed to our standards with efficiency and precision.
Handover
After completion of construction and before handover, our team from designers and technical team are fully reviewing the project to ensure that what has been executed is matching the design.
